Reaction is an amazing salon. The policy is clear of 'first come first servce.' The staff is wonderful and make every effort to make you happy with their service. This is not the place for a anyone who does not understand or thinks they are going to favor you and change the system of 'first come first serve.' I love Reaction! It is not the place for anyone who does not understand the sign- in system and mistreats the staff for their inability to comprehend.
I love the place, they know their business, but i sent my daughter and mom and charge them insane money for a wash and cut only no blow out no nothing $110 for my mom and daughter. When I call back they say they charge for washing $25. Never again
I live in Coram and I’m VERY loyal to my stylist but reactions is sooooo convenient. I came in at 6:11am and was out a little after 8am. They also did my daughter’s hair and Stephanie was magical. She was so patient and sweet.
Reaction Salon in Westbury is my go-to spot for roller sets. The salon is beautiful, clean, and the prices are reasonable. They also sell hair products if you need to restock. The location is great, with plenty of parking in the back or on the street. Highly recommend for great service and consistent results!
They are AMAZING!!! One of my top 3 salons, I’m very picky on who does my hair, and they are AMAZING. I highlighted my hair at a salon in Manhattan and they took extremely good care of my hair when it came to styling. I did a wash and set . Very professional, kind, affordable, they take their time and don’t keep you sitting under the dryer longer than you need to, and they do a good job. Cant go wrong... highly recommend!! Would’ve given them 10 stars if I could.
